AutoPay on teamo

The club is asking all members, from now on, to make payments for subscriptions, match fees and training fees using AutoPay on teamo.

There are many benefits for adopting this payment system but the main one is to save the club about £700 in teamo/stripe administration charges over the year.

The system works by individual’s invoices being summarised into one statement on the 1^st of each month. Then one payment is automatically taken on the 5^th of the month giving individuals time to query any issues. If the month end payment is less than £50 then the payment is taken. (e.g., if it is £36 only £36 is taken.) If the payment is more than £50 only £50 is taken and the balance transferred to the following month. (e.g., if it is £68 then only £50 is taken with £18 carried over to next month.) This allows individuals to spread the cost of playing hockey knowing that the maximum they will pay each month will be £50. Obviously in months such as December and January where hockey activity and statements are low then any carried over payments will be caught up.

It is very important that ALL members adopt this new AutoPay system immediately so maximum savings can be made.

This Sunday the 25^th August all members will be invoiced on teamo for their membership subscription. £40 seniors, £15 under 18’s. We ask all members who have not done so already to go to teamo and register for AutoPay. Their subscription will then be included in their August statement which will appear on teamo on the 1^St Sept. for payment on 5^th Sept.
